No stucco termination.
In this photo, stucco is failing because it is not terminated at the foundation. The stucco covers the slab, which expands and contracts at a different rate than the rest of the wall, creating cracks. No previsions have been made to ventilate the wall behind the stucco or to provide an exit for any moisture that gets behind the stucco facade.
