Are you highly organized with a knack for detail? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you'll provide essential administrative support, including managing emails, organizing schedules, entering data, and delivering excellent customer service. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to make a change, we welcome your application!

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle email correspondence, respond to messages, and forward important emails to the appropriate team members

Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders

Accurately enter data into our database with attention to detail

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and arranging travel

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance

Collaborate with team members to achieve our goals

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus

0-2 years of experience in administration or customer service

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software

Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
